    When placing your order please ensure that the delivery country is listed here.

    Please also double check that the delivery address and the billing address you provide is correct.

    We deliver with DHL express delivery service.  

    Delivery times:

    Europe 2-3 business days Express Delivery

    Canada 3-5 business days Express Delivery

    Delivery times are deemed to be an estimate. We’ll do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

    Tracking:

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details to check the status of your delivery.

    Shipping costs:

    Free of charge delivery (Duty Delivery Paid) to the following countries:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

    DUTIES NOT PAID We ship to the following countries, but we don’t cover duties (Delivered at Place) – this means that depending on local laws you may have to pay duties or local taxes upon delivery:

    Canada, UK and US.

    Returns

    Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days.

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase when it is presented in its original condition, with all tags attached, including dust bag and original packaging, placed inside the protective outer box for shipping. Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

    We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or duties charges unless the return was due to our own mistake. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes any delivery costs paid directly by the purchaser in connection to the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.

    Once you have received the return approval, you can ship the product back to us. 

    A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days after your return has been received and checked.

    Q&A

    We aim to ship the orders asap. That’s why we only provide express deliveries with our partner carrier DHL Express. 
    Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number to check the shipment status via DHL Express.
    We deliver between Monday and Friday during working hours, public holidays excluded.
    Delays resulting from custom clearance in the destination country are not accountable to us. 

    The parcels will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of the order.
    When necessary, our partner carrier DHL Express can provide alternative solutions like different delivery day, drop off outside the door, shipment to a new address or collection to a DHL Service Point.

    Local VAT will be applied and included in the final price showed on the website to all packages shipped within the European Union.

    Shipments to Canada, UK and US are Delivered at Place. Based on local laws you may have to pay duties or local taxes upon delivery.

    During the transit between our warehouse and your shipping address it is our responsibility to guarantee the product is safely delivered.
    Once the parcel is signed and delivered, the product is no longer insured.
    In the event the package is damaged, it is required to mention it on the receipt or reject it.
