When placing your order, please ensure that the delivery country is listed here.

Also, double check that the delivery address and the billing address you provide are correct.

We deliver with DHL Express delivery service.

Europe 2-3 business days for Express Delivery

Canada, USA 3-5 business days for Express Delivery

Delivery times are considered estimates. We will do our best to dispatch your order  as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs:

Free of charge delivery (Duty Delivery Paid) to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For the following countries, we do not cover duties (Delivered at Place), meaning that depending on local laws, you may have to pay duties or local taxes upon delivery: Canada, UK, and US.


Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached, including the dust bag and original packaging, placed inside the protective outer box for shipping. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or duties charges unless the return was due to our own mistake. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any delivery costs paid directly by the purchaser in connection to the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.

Once you have received the return approval, you can ship the product back to us. 

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days after your return has been received and checked.

Product Care

Vittoria Sella bags are entirely handmade in Italy. The leathers used are from cowhide and calf. The leathers can undergo various treatments depending on the design and final style of the bag. The quality of the leather, the shade of coloring, and the manual craftsmanship are at the heart of our production. We aim to meet the needs and aspirations of our customers by offering exclusive, high-quality products with different styles. From embossed ostrich-effect leather to natural-effect leathers with raised prints, to calf leathers with hair to resemble pony hair.The accessories used in making the model, in addition to leather, can be in nickel, galvanized, or gold colored. The lining is made of cotton and Alcantara-like material for a pleasant touch. The bags are designed to last over time. To ensure this, it is necessary to take some precautions, starting with using the product as intended. Do not overload the bag, avoid folding the leather, rubbing, contact with liquids, mud, ink, grease, make up, rain, hail, hand creams, and creams in general, etc. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture. Also, for the accessories used, be careful about contact with liquids or other substances that may cause color loss, especially for those in gold.


Vittoria Sella is not responsible for damage/defects caused by normal wear and tear of the accessories, leather, or lining.It is advisable to store your bag with a dust bag to protect it from dust and, when not in use, insert the paper inside, as when it was delivered.For cleaning, use a clean, dry, and soft cloth. For special cleaning or light-colored leathers, always consult a leather specialist. –Use a dedicated brush for Nubuck.

Some products made with vegetable-tanned leather – coloring without chemical agents – transform over time, making the bag even more unique.

We aim to ship the orders asap. That’s why we only provide express deliveries with our partner carrier DHL Express. 
Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number to check the shipment status via DHL Express.
We deliver between Monday and Friday during working hours, public holidays excluded.
Delays resulting from custom clearance in the destination country are not accountable to us. 

The parcels will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of the order.
When necessary, our partner carrier DHL Express can provide alternative solutions like different delivery day, drop off outside the door, shipment to a new address or collection to a DHL Service Point.

Local VAT will be applied and included in the final price showed on the website to all packages shipped within the European Union.

Shipments to Canada, UK and US are Delivered at Place. Based on local laws you may have to pay duties or local taxes upon delivery.

During the transit between our warehouse and your shipping address it is our responsibility to guarantee the product is safely delivered.
Once the parcel is signed and delivered, the product is no longer insured.
In the event the package is damaged, it is required to mention it on the receipt or reject it.
