When needed, most of our partner carrier can provide alternative solutions, including scheduling delivery for a different day, shipping to an alternative address, or arranging collection from a nearby Service Point.
We deliver orders between Monday and Friday during standard working hours, excluding public holidays.

Please note that any delays resulting from customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control and are not accountable to us.
For all orders shipped within the European Union, local VAT is applied if applicable and included in the final price indicated on the website. For shipments to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, which are 'Delivered at Place', any duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery according to local regulations.
During transport from our logistics center to the specified delivery address, we, as sellers, are fully responsible for ensuring that the package arrives intact. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible for any damage. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the customer should note the damage on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Should you encounter any issues with your shipment or received items, kindly reach out to our team at info@vittoriasella.com within 72 hours of delivery.
RETURNS
Returns are eligible for a full refund if items are returned within 14 days after receipt.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached, including the dust bag and original packaging, placed inside the protective outer box for shipping. Please note that items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
We regret we are unable to cover return shipping costs or duties charges unless the return was due to an error on our part.
You have the option to either handle the return shipment yourself or allow us to manage it on your behalf. If you opt for our assistance, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs vary based on the shipment's destination, ranging from €10 for domestic returns to €50 for intercontinental returns.
Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free return experience while ensuring transparency regarding associated costs.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any delivery costs paid directly by the purchaser in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.

PRODUCT CARE
Our bags are designed to withstand the test of time, and require some care to maintain their beauty and longevity.
It's important to use the product as intended, avoiding overloading, folding the leather, rubbing, contact with liquids, mud, ink, grease, make-up, rain or hail, hand creams, and creams in general.
We recommend storing your bag in a dust bag and inserting paper inside to maintain its shape when not in use.
Some of our bags made with vegetable-tanned leather may develop a unique patina over time, enhancing their uniqueness and charm.
While we strive for durability, Vittoria Sella is not liable for damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear.

We're pleased to note that, based on our experience, repairs for our bags are a rare occurrence. However, we take great pride in offering a lifetime repair service as a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. During the first 12 months after purchase, this service is complimentary.
