SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from Italy.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland: 5–10 business days

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Depending on the destination, our courier partners may offer flexible delivery options, including:
- rescheduling the delivery
- shipping to an alternative address
- collection at a nearby service point
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service selected.
Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
For all orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the final price.
For shipments to USA, Canada, UK and Switzerland (Delivered at Place), any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
All shipments are insured during transit until delivery.
If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask you to either refuse the shipment or accept it with reservation.

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, including the dust bag and original packaging, placed inside a protective outer box.
Returned items must not be worn, used, altered, or damaged.
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to an error on our side.
You may choose to:
- arrange the return shipment independently
- or request our assistance
If we arrange the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Indicative return shipping costs (up to):
- Italy: €20
- European Union: €30
- UK, Switzerland, USA & Canada: communicated before confirmation
We always communicate return shipping costs in advance.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- for orders shipped outside the European Union (such as USA, Canada, UK and Switzerland), any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one.

Due to the natural characteristics of leather, slight variations in texture, color and grain may occur.
These details make each piece unique.
PRODUCT CARE
Each Vittoria Sella bag is crafted to age beautifully over time.
To preserve its structure and material, we recommend using it with care and avoiding contact with liquids, oils, make-up, and rough surfaces.
When not in use, store your bag in its dust bag and gently fill it to maintain its shape.
Some leathers may develop a natural patina over time, enhancing their character and uniqueness.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Store in the dust bag when not in use
- Avoid excessive weight to preserve the structure
- Keep away from humidity, direct sunlight and heat sources
- Avoid contact with liquids, oils and cosmetics
- Be mindful of color transfer, especially with light tones
- For deep cleaning, consult a leather specialist
We offer a lifetime repair service as part of our commitment to quality and longevity.
Repairs are complimentary within the first 12 months from purchase.
After this period, only shipping costs will apply.
