Order processing

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been received. Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.

Order tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
When needed, most of our partner carrier can provide alternative solutions, including scheduling delivery for a different day, shipping to an alternative address, or arranging collection from a nearby Service Point.

Estimated delivery time

We deliver orders between Monday and Friday during standard working hours, excluding public holidays.

We collaborate with a variety of reputable courier services to ensure optimal delivery for your package. We meticulously select the most suitable courier based on the package's destination.

Please note that any delays resulting from customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control and are not accountable to us.

Tax & duties

Local VAT will be applied and included in the final price showed on the website to all orders shipped within the European Union.
Shipments to Canada, US, UK and Switzerland are Delivered at Place. Based on local laws you may be required to pay duties or local taxes upon delivery.

Insurance

During the transit from our warehouse to your designated shipping address, we take full responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
Once the parcel is signed for and delivered, the product is no longer insured.
In the unfortunate event that the package is damaged upon delivery, it is required to either note the damage on the receipt or reject the delivery altogether.

Should you encounter any issues with your shipment or received items, kindly reach out to our team at info@vittoriasella.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

Returns are eligible for a full refund if items are returned within 14 days after receipt.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached, including the dust bag and original packaging, placed inside the protective outer box for shipping. Please note that items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
We regret we are unable to cover return shipping costs or duties charges unless the return was due to an error on our part.
You have the option to either handle the return shipment yourself or allow us to manage it on your behalf. If you opt for our assistance, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs vary based on the shipment's destination, ranging from €20 for domestic returns to €50 for intercontinental returns.
Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free return experience while ensuring transparency regarding associated costs.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any delivery costs paid directly by the purchaser in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.

Returning your order

Upon receiving return approval, you may proceed to ship the product back to us.
Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
