RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your Vittoria Sella purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the conditions below.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • including the dust bag and original packaging
  • placed inside a protective outer shipping box

Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact info@vittoriasella.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are not covered, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

You may choose to:

  1. arrange the return shipment independently, or
  2. request our assistance in arranging the return shipment

If you request our assistance, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Indicative return shipping costs (up to):

  • Italy: €20
  • European Union: €30
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA & Canada: communicated case-by-case before confirmation

We always communicate return shipping costs clearly in advance.

Responsibility during return transit

If you arrange the return shipment independently, the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. If the return shipment is arranged by us, we will assist you in accordance with the courier’s service terms.

Non-refundable costs

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any costs paid directly to customs authorities or couriers are non-refundable.

Refund timing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Reporting issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@vittoriasella.com within 72 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.
