Italy
1–3 business days — free of charge
European Union (EU)
3–5 business days — free of charge
United Kingdom & Switzerland
5–10 business days — free of charge
United States & Canada
5–10 business days — free of charge
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Order processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders placed on business days are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking details.
Order tracking
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Depending on the carrier and destination, you may be able to:
- reschedule delivery
- redirect the shipment to an alternative address
- collect the parcel from a nearby service point
Availability of these options depends on the courier’s local services.
Delivery window
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during standard working hours, excluding public holidays.
We work with reputable international courier services and select the most suitable carrier based on destination.
Duties & taxes
European Union (EU)
VAT is included in the final price displayed at checkout. No additional VAT is due upon delivery.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States & Canada
Shipments are sent Delivered at Place (DAP). Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipments (outside the EU)
Customs authorities in some countries may require additional documentation before releasing a shipment. You may be contacted by the courier to provide information such as:
- tax or identification number
- proof of payment
- authorization forms
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Shipping insurance & delivery condition
All shipments are insured while in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address.
Once the parcel has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by transit insurance.
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please note the damage on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery.
