The version of the Terms & Conditions published on the Site at the time of purchase shall apply to the order.
Crossbiz S.r.l. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The Site offers handcrafted leather bags and accessories.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with the utmost care.
Due to the artisanal nature of the products, minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

Images are representative and may vary depending on screen settings or devices.

Purchases are permitted only to Users aged 18 years or older.

Product listings on the Site constitute an invitation to purchase.
An order placed by the User represents a purchase proposal.

The sales contract is concluded only once the User receives an order confirmation by email or via the confirmation page on the Site.

In case of product unavailability, the User will be promptly informed and may choose whether to confirm the order under revised conditions.

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT, where required by law.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, deliveries are made on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

Any visible damage should be noted upon receipt or the delivery refused.

Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
